botanica, a newly-opened vegan restaurant in magdeburg, is moving into the former spaces of the › wiener strudelhof ‹. while the ambience here used to be that of a dim and cozy austrian coffeehouse, botanica uses warm colors, lots of light and many plants. bright furniture, some of it hand-crafted, underlines the light and open atmosphere – allowing the antique tiled walls to show their full appeal.
